- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I recently got the chance to fish Lake Okeechobee for the first time, and it was amazing! The weather wasn't the greatest but a little rain never hurt anyone, and besides the fishing was fantastic! I caught a 5 lb bass with in the first 30 mins. Then a 7.8 lb hog followed!
